ChiChawatni : The Man with a Knife is becoming unreachable as he attacked another girl in Hayatabad, According to the Reports the girl was a student of ICS,The attacker was alone, Police totally failed to catch this man with a knife , It is day No.31 since the first case was reported (6 October 2013)
